Where do I start with 9D Breathwork? | East Lothian
Where to start

Not sure where to start with 9D Breathwork?

You do not need to understand every session before choosing your next step.

Start with how things feel just now. There is one short follow-up where it helps, then I’ll suggest somewhere useful to look next.

What feels closest for you right now?

You do not need to explain everything. Pick the one that sounds most like where you are just now.

This guide cannot decide what is right for you. It is simply a calmer way to find the most useful information. If you are looking on behalf of somebody else, you can use the enquiry form below without sharing private details.

Start with what feels familiar

How people often find their starting point.

You can read these without answering the questions. They are suggestions, not a diagnosis or a promise that a particular journey is right for you.

Stress or a busy head

I can’t switch off

A Calm Reset, Deep Relaxation or Nervous System Reset can be a gentler starting point. If you want a fuller group experience, look for a stress or reset-themed journey.

Holding onto something

I need a bit more room to breathe

A Letting Go journey may feel relevant when something has been building. Choose a shorter taster, fuller group journey or private setting depending on how ready you feel.

Look for Letting Go sessions →
Grief, loss or change

I’m carrying something heavy

You do not need to begin with the deepest Grief and Loss journey. A calmer private session may be the better first step, or you can ask Bryden before choosing.

Ask Bryden about a gentle starting point →
Curious or completely new

I don’t really know what I need

An intro or taster gives you a shorter experience of the breath, headphones and guidance. You do not need to understand everything before trying it.

A more gradual route

I want more than one session

The 12 Journeys gives you six weekly sessions with the same group. It lets you become familiar with the process instead of trying to choose one perfect journey.

More privacy or less travel

I’d rather do this privately

Private sessions can be in person for one or two people, or online from home where the journey is suitable. There is more time to arrive, ask questions and settle afterwards.

Still unsure? Send me a quick note.

I’ll reply with the simplest next step. That might be a public session, The 12 Journeys, a private option, or just waiting for a date that suits.

You do not need to share anything personal unless it feels useful. This is just a starting point so I know how to reply properly.

Quick note: this is a general enquiry form. Booking details and intake forms are still handled separately.
