Breathwork for busy heads.

Guided 9D Breathwork for people who feel constantly on, overwhelmed, or stuck in their own head.

No guru energy. No pressure to perform. Just headphones, breath, sound, and a grounded space to come back to yourself.

Bryden McKinnie I guide the room calmly, explain what is happening, and help you go at your own pace.

Experience 9D Breathwork

A simple way to hear how the different layers work together. Headphones are best.

This 12-minute cinematic preview explains the sound, voice and guidance layers used in 9D Breathwork, then takes you through a short five-minute relaxation experience.

It is not the same as a full breathwork session, but it gives you a much better feel for what you will hear before you book.

What is 9D Breathwork?

The short version, without making it sound stranger than it is.

9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork experience using breath, headphones, music, voice guidance, and layered sound.

You lie down, listen through headphones, and follow a breathing pattern. The sound and guidance help you get out of your head and into your body.

Some people feel emotional. Some feel calm. Some feel lighter or clearer. Some simply feel like they have had the first proper pause in a long time.

Everyone's experience is different. There is nothing to get right.

The setup is simple. You lie down, put headphones on, follow the guidance, and let the breath do the work. No pressure to talk, perform, or make it look a certain way.

When this might fit

People come for different reasons. Often it starts with feeling tired, wired, curious, or ready to try something different.

Your mind will not switch off

You are tired, but still wired. Rest does not always feel restful, and your head keeps running even when you stop.

Your body is holding a lot

Jaw, shoulders, chest, stomach. Sometimes the body carries things long before we have words for them.

You want to try something different

You do not need to arrive convinced. Curiosity is enough. A bit of scepticism is welcome too.

What happens in a session?

Clear, simple, and supported. You will know what to do before the breathwork starts.

Arrive and settle

There is time to land, ask questions, and understand the basics. You are not rushed into anything.

Headphones on

You lie down, get comfortable, and follow the guided breathwork through immersive sound.

Follow the guidance

Bryden guides the breathing pattern clearly, and you follow along in a way that feels manageable for you.

Come round gently

Afterwards there is space to settle. You do not have to share, explain, or make sense of everything straight away.

Choose what fits

There is no perfect order. Some people book a signature journey, some want a course, and some need a smaller private space first.

4-week course blocks

Each course is four weekly sessions. The themes change depending on the block, but the pace stays grounded and supported.

Block 1: The Clearing

Return to Self. A block for clearing emotional weight, old patterns, pressure, grief, and the "never enough" loop.

Block 2: The Release

From Survival to Sovereignty. A block for working with stress, stored patterns, anger, authenticity, and personal power.

Block 3: The Rebirth

Trust, Presence & Becoming. A block for building self-trust, presence, and a deeper connection to who you are underneath it all.

Is a course the right first step?

You do not have to start with a course. For many people, a signature journey or a private session is the easiest way to understand the work first.

If a course does feel right, you can start with any block. Each one stands on its own, so you can do one, two, or all three depending on what fits.

Bryden holding a breathwork session

Meet Bryden

I hold sessions in a calm, practical way. I am not here to tell you what your experience should mean.

My job is to create the conditions: clear guidance, a grounded room, good music and sound, and enough safety for you to listen to your own body.

Quick questions

The things people often want to know before they book.

Is it intense?

It can be a strong experience, and it can also be quiet. Everyone is different. You are encouraged to go at your own pace.

Is it suitable for everyone?

No. There are some health and safety reasons why this type of breathwork may not be suitable. You will complete an intake form before attending, and you can message Bryden if you are unsure.

What should I book first?

There is no perfect order. Some people book a signature journey, some want a course, and some need a smaller private space first.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are usually held around East Lothian and Edinburgh, with the exact venue shown on each booking page. There may also be occasional wider Scotland events, including one-off sessions such as Glasgow.

What about courses?

Courses now run as 4 weekly sessions. The blocks can be started in any order, and there is no commitment to do all three. When a block is open, it will appear on the booking page or be shared directly.
